Birthday Time -continued!

And here are some pics of Lily's 3rd birthday party, which took place at Grandma Darby's house. She was so excited to turn 3 and had a wonderful day!

A lot of work, sweat, and I'll admit a few tears went into the making of this cake, but in the end it turned out allright- if you don't look too closely!

Here's Lily trying on her new raincoat and hat, which she has had the opportunity to wear outside on numerous occasions since April 25th.

Whew!- all 3 girls (Paige, Lily, and Keller) sitting still and in one spot. The cup in Paige's mouth is just a minor detraction:)

Lily and Sophie sure do love to swing! Here is Sophie holding her beloved baby doll while swinging on Grammy's lap and Lily being so brave on the big kid swing! (She turing around to say "Higher Mommy!")

Overall, a great day and one in which Lily took a nice long nap later that afternoon:)
